With three decades of experience in the kitchen, our chef is something of an expert when it comes to understanding what will satisfy the most delicate of palates and prides himself on producing entirely home-made dishes using fresh, local produce.
The restaurant is open to all and, with 100 covers, can cater for large groups as well as couples and solo diners. Guests have the option of eating in the main restaurant, the bar, or the conservatory, which offers a delightful view of the grounds.
